Ms. Kuenstner is also currently a member of Board of Directors, Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc.  Prior to her position at Wellesley, she was: Chief Investment Officer and Vice President for Investment Management at Brandeis University; Managing Director of Research for Fidelity Management and Research Company; Chief Investment Officer at Putnam Investments; Senior Portfolio Manager for the DuPont Pension Fund; and, Vice President and International Investment Strategist with Merrill Lynch.

John Liechty - Principal and founder of Integrated Investment Solutions.

Mr. Liechty was formerly Senior Vice-President of Financial Services and President of MMA Praxis Mutual Funds for Mennonite Mutual Aid. He brings over 32 years of management/financial services experience in socially responsible investing. Additionally he is currently on the Board of Directors of: The Social Investment Forum; Pax World funds; First Affirmative Financial Network; Bluffton University; Mennonite Education Agency Endowment Fund Committee; Greencroft Retirement Communities, Inc.; Hawkins Water Tech, Inc.; and, LaCasa.  He was also Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Meritas Mutual Funds.

Nancy Smith - Former Vice President and Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Inc.

Ms. Smith is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bay State Milling Company, Living Technologies, Inc., Chex Fine Foods, and Lexington Marketing International. She was also member of the Advisory Board of Directors of The NutraSweet Kelco Company.

Dr. John Sterman - Jay W. Forrester Professor of Management, MIT Sloan School of Management. 

Dr. Sterman is Director of MIT’s System Dynamics Group, and an expert in System Dynamics.  His research centers on the application of systems thinking and dynamic modeling of complex systems in a broad range of areas – from strategy to scientific revolutions and from operations research to organizational learning.  Dr. Sterman is also the author of “Business Dynamics – Systems Thinking and Modeling for a Complex World,” the foremost text book in the field of System Dynamics.
