Fees and Expenses
Management Fee is 1% of assets under management on an annual basis, collected quarterly in arrears. Trading costs and custodial fees are set by the client's broker. Total trading costs and fees are expected to be a maximum of 1.3%.
E&O Insurance
Errors and omissions insurance with Evanston Insurance Compnay.
Minimum Investment
Institutional Investors: $5,000,000.
Individual Investors: $250,000.
Accounts
Individually managed separate accounts held by the client's broker. Jantz Morgan LLC does not take custody of client's funds.
Additions/Withdrawals
Monthly additions and withdrawals. Cleared funds or notice of redemption should be received 5 business days in advance to facilitate efficient account management.
Account Termination
Clients may terminate at any time. Jantz Morgan LLC may terminate with 30 days notice.
